Thank you for purchasing the Skutch AS-703-M Promotion-On-Hold

Module. With this Module, all calls that are placed "ON HOLD" will hear
the Promotion-On-Hold audio. When the call is re-answered, the audio will
automatically disconnect.

Switch Selection

The first step is to set the SWITCH on the front panel of the AS-703-M

so that it will work with your model of telephone. We suggest that you use a
ball point pen to change the switch settings.

For: AT&T 944, 945, 955, 964, 974, 984, 90529,

90240, 90889, IBM/Bell/TT Systems 412, 412CID ,
4900, Cortelco 4125, TP127S & PhoneMate PMG-
4125

For AT&T 843, 853, 854, 874, 953, & 954

For Radio Shack #43-461(Model 612) and #43-

463 (Model 212) & 1752.

For Uniden 420, UB-420, Intellitouch 420, ITC-

420, SBC 420.

NOTE: Only use this cable when connecting to a CD player or

Boom Box. For Digital players, use the cable that comes with them.

When a line is placed "ON HOLD", the corresponding LED on the AS-

703-M will light indicating that audio is being coupled to that telephone line.
The unit will play audio to all calls that are placed ON HOLD. Make sure
that you adjust the level of the music to the proper level on the audio source.

Troubleshooting Guide

No Audio But The Lights Turn On The AS-703-M

Make sure the Message Source is playing.
Make sure the Message Source volume is turned up.
Make sure the audio cable is connected from the headphone jack

on the Audio Source, to the AUDIO IN jack on the AS-703-M.

Make sure the audio cable has the right plug for the AS-703-M

(male RCA type).

Make sure you are NOT using a "Dubbing" audio cord.
