Massage Direction

7 Massage Direction

Always glide the massager over the skin in the direction of the blood

circulation.

• Legs

Place the appliance on the thigh, close to the knee, and glide it gently

upwards towards the hip (fig. 5).

• Buttocks

Combine upwards and circular movements. You can end an upward

massage on the legs with downwards and circular movements on the

buttocks (fig. 6).

• Abdomen

Place the appliance on the navel and move it gently outwards (fig. 7).

Z

Never make circular movements around the navel.

• Arms

Place the appliance close to the elbow and glide it gently towards the

armpit. Repeat the massage from the armpit towards the elbow (fig. 8).

Z

NEVER apply a massage on a bone (knee, ankle, elbow). The

protruding parts of the massage head could knock the bone,

causing an injury.

Z

Only use the massage heads indicated in the “Treatment Type”

table.
