WARRANTY

SP Controls warrants all CatLinc™ products and accessories against defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase.

Although SP Controls thoroughly tested and reviewed this documentation, there is no warran­
ty, express or implied, with respect to quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular pur­
pose. Therefore, the CatLinc™ and accessories are provided "as-is" and the purchaser
assumes the entire risk as to quality and performance.

There are no obligations or liabilities on the part of the SP Controls Corporation for conse­
quential damages arising out of or in conjunction with the use or performance of these prod­
ucts or other indirect damages with respect to loss of profit, revenue, or cost of removal
and/or replacement. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or con­
sequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty
gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to
state. SP Controls' maximum liability shall not exceed the price paid by the user.

All implied warranties, including warranties for merchantability and/or fitness, are limited in
duration to three (3) years from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase must be provided
with any claim.

Important Safety Instructions

1) Read these instructions.
2) Keep these instructions.

4) Follow all instructions.
5) Do not use this apparatus near water.
6) Clean only with dry cloth.
7) Do not block any ventilation openings. Install in accordance with the manufacturer's
instructions.
8) Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other
apparatus (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
9) Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched particularly at plugs, convenience
receptacles, and the point where they exit from the apparatus.
10) Only use attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.
11) Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.
12) Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the appara­
tus has been damaged in any way, such as power-supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has
been spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus, the apparatus has been exposed to
rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.
