INSTRUCTIONS
Tighten all bolts to 57 ft./lbs. before use
USE OF THIS PRODUCT IS ACCEPTANCE OF SELLER’S DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY!
All axles covered under this warranty are for repair only. All returns must have a return authorization
number. Axles returned without an RMA number will be refused. Please understand that axles cannot be
returned for any reason unless it is within the warranty period.
These Level 5 axles are covered under warranty for 12 months from the purchase date. The axles are
covered for repair only. We will not be held responsible in any way for loss of time, loss of money or
reimbursement for damage caused by the products.
Torn or ripped boots are not covered by warranty. Axle damage caused by torn or ripped boots will not be
covered under warranty.
These are performance products and should be installed by certified professionals, we will not be held
responsible for loss of money, time or inconvenience caused by the use of our products and by installing
the unit you are agreeing to all of these terms and conditions and release Spohn Performance, Inc. and
it’s distributors of any and all liability.
Any and all warranty claims must be returned with a copy of the original invoice.
Product Returns: These Axle CV kits are a custom built item and may not be returned for any reason
other than warranty repair as explained above.
