INSTRUCTIONS

1. Block the rear tires of the vehicle so that the vehicle is stable and can’t roll.

2. Remove the front end links from the front sway bar and the front axle mount. The end

links and all hardware may be discarded.

3.

Run a 1/2” drill bit through the front sway bar end link's lower mounting hole on the front
axle. Install the rod end through the axle mount with the thin jam nut completely threaded
down against the rod end head. You may need to turn the rod end into the mount like you

are threading in a bolt. Turn the rod end in to the mount until it is completely bottomed
out. You may need to screw the inner jam nut out to get the end link positioned straight up

and down. Then, holding the rod end horizontal with an adjustable wrench, fully tighten
the supplied 1/2” lock nut.

4. Connect the other end to the front sway bar using the polyurethane bushings just like the

factory set up. Make hand tight only at this time.

5. Repeat on the other side of the vehicle.
6. With your suspension loaded and at ride height tighten the poly bushed end of both front

end links. You want to tighten them until you see the bushings starting to deform and then
stop tightening.

7. Installation is complete.
