Small Tire Stop Kit
The TA0005-03 Small Tire Stop Kit is designed to adapt to the standard
BK1200MC bike channels and gives them the ability to stop and support the
small wheels on 50 CC dirt bikes. The TA0005-03 kit consists of one wheel stop
plus the attaching hardware.
Installation Instructions
See diagram on page 2.
Installing the MC stop to one of the outside bike
channels on the BK1200MC.
Remove the hardware bag and sort all items by size.
Position the MC stop (Ref. No. 2) above the front of
one of the outside bike channels. Align the holes in the
MC stop with those in the standard bike channel
weldment. Place 3/8” x 1” carriage bolts from the top
down through both the MC stop and bike channel
weldment as shown. Secure in place with 3/8” flange
hex lock nuts. Tighten. Installation is complete.
Installing the MC stop to the center bike channel
on the BK1200MC
Remove the hardware bag and sort all items by size.
Remove the U-bolt that attaches the front of the center
bike channel weldment to the trailer tongue. Position
the MC stop (Ref. No. 2) as shown above the front of
the center bike channel. Align the holes in the MC stop
with those in the standard bike channel weldment. Place
the U-bolt just removed down through the holes in both
the MC stop and the bike channel weldment. Secure
by using the mounting strap and 3/8” flange hex lock
nuts just removed. Tighten. Installation is complete.
