FRONT ROLLER ASSEMBLY FOR SLR150/95T
The TA0034-00 is the front roller assembly used on both the
SLR95TAL and SLR150TAL trailers. It can be installed on either
side of the trailer. It requires two assemblies to make a complete
front roller system for a trailer.
Installation Instructions
Remove the bunk or roller system that is going to be replaced with
the TA0034-00 from the front cross member of the trailer. Place the
roller arm of the TA0034-00 into the mounting brackets on the front
cross member. Align the center hole with the hole in the mounting
brackets and insert a 5/8” x 4 ½” hex bolt and secure with a 5/8”
lock nut provided with the TA0034-00.
Place one of the roller systems on one end of the roller arm just in-
stalled. Align the holes and insert a ½” x 4 ½” hex bolt. Secure with
a ½” lock nut. Repeat this process on the remaining roller system
on the other end of the mounting arm.
Tighten all bolts. Assembly is complete.
