Remove the items from the main frame by cutting the

banding. Remove the hardware bag and sort the parts by

size.

Torsion Axle:

Mount the axle assemblies (Ref.#57 & 86) to the center lift

frame (Ref.#30) using four (4) 1/2” X 4” hex bolt, four (4) 1/

2” flat washers and secure with four (4) 1/2” flange lock

nuts on each axle assembly. Refer to the parts drawing for

proper placement of hardware. (These axle assemblies are

adjustable.)

Mount the tires and rims using 80-90 ft. lbs. torque on lug

nuts using a proper tightening procedure.

Tongue:

Mount the tongue weldment (Ref.#73) to the center lift

frame (Ref.#30) using two (2) 1/2” X 4-1/2” hex bolts and

secure with 1/2” flange lock nuts. After mounting the

tongue to the frame weldment secure the ground wire with

a 1/4” X 3/4” grounding screw (Ref.#84) to the inside of the

frame as shown in the drawing.

Wiring:

Your new pontoon trailer comes pre-wired. Once the

tongue is installed, plug the yellow wired plugs of the

tongue harness in. Likewise the green wired plugs are

connected to each other. This is necessary to have your

lighting function properly.

Actuator and Safety Chains:

Slide the actuator (Ref.#35) into the actuator housing unit

(Ref.#48) and secure with two (2) pins and snap rings

provided with the actuator. Secure the actuator-housing

unit to the front of the tongue using three (3) 1/2” X 4” hex

bolts and 1/2” flange lock nuts. Using a 1/2” X 5” hex bolt

on the lower right mounting hole on the tongue, secure the

safety chain. Place a 1/2” flat washer on the 1/2” X 5” hex

bolt followed by one (1) safety chain and insert into the

actuator housing unit and tongue. Place the second safety

chain on the bolt followed by a 1/2” flat washer and 1/2”

flange lock nut. Tighten.

Brakes:

Refer to the brake manual for service and maintenance.
