bolts by size.

Tongue:

Install the 7’ tongue wire and grommet in the tongue.
Plug the tongue wire into the side frame wiring. Install
the tongue into the nose cone of the trailer frame.
Secure the tongue plate cover and the rear of the
tongue with a 1/2” X 1-1/2” hex bolt, 1/2” flat washer
and 1/2” hex lock nut. Insert a 1/2” X 4” hex bolt
through the side of the tongue and frame cap and

front of the tongue using three (3) 1/2” X 4” hex bolt

square u-bolt (top to bottom) and secure with 1/2”

flange lock nuts on the rear crossmember. Repeat for
the other side of the trailer.

Refer to the trailer adjustments for properly adjusting
your load guides.

Assembly should be complete except for tighten-
ing some of the bolts. These bolts were left loose
to aid in the adjusting the trailer to the boat only.
All bolts and nuts must be tightened before
towing.

Trailer Adjustments

Place the boat onto the trailer so that it is resting on
the bunks. The bunk model is more flexible in it’s
adjustment from the front to back. The boat should
be positioned so that the transom is being supported
by the bunk.

NOTE: Double-check all nuts and bolts in insure
they are properly tightened.

Post Load Guide Adjustment:

Adjust to the desired clearance, set and tighten u-
bolts and nuts evenly. Repeat for the side.

Caution: Post load guide should not rub the boat
while being transported.
