DUAL AXLE BRAKE INSTALLATION

If your trailer is equipped with dual axle
brakes connect the axle brake hose to the
axle the same as the application for the single
axle and tighten to 6-8 ft. lb. or else 72-96 in.
lb. of torque. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN. Over
tightening will cause the brass block to crack
and then leak. From the connecting kit attach
the 18” brake hoses from the back axle to the
spring bracket with the U-shaped hose clip.
Once the brake hose is secured in place,
screw the male port of the tee into the brake
line hose. Tighten. Next connect the side
frame brake hose into the top port on the tee.
Connect the two axles together using the 42”
brake hose supplied. Thread one end of the
hose into the brass tee just installed. Route
the hose along the frame then down thru the
attached clip add/insert a grommet to protect
the hose and down to the side port in the
brass block on the front axle. A clip and a
screw are included in the kit to secure the
hose to the side frame between the welded
clips.

BUNKS
Locate the bunks. Position one of them so it is
above the Equiload arms on the trailer. Align
the holes in the bunk brackets attached to the
bunk with the holes in the ends of the
Equiload arms.
Secure with 3/8” X 1” hex bolts and lock nuts.
Tighten but do not over tighten because the
bunks must be able to rotate enough to
conform to the bottom of the boat.

Repeat on the other bunk
