the microwave at temperatures up to + 250 °C and
down to - 40 °C in the freezer.
Slide the mould on to an oven rack to make
carrying the filled mould easier.
The flexibility and non-stick properties of the material
ensure that the food is easily removed from the mould.
First allow the food to cool adequately after cooking.
Drop the food out of the mould or open the silicone
ring by using the locks at the side.
If the food is frozen, remove it from the mould
before it defrosts.
Note: The glass base is resistant to scratches and
cuts and is therefore also suitable as tableware.

Cleaning and care
You can wash the silicone springform mould either
by hand or in the dishwasher – but do not use
