8.1

Switching on and off

To turn the machine ON, press the green push button.
To turn the machine OFF, press the red push button.

8.2

Angle adjustment of the table

 Allows to cut a tile at 45°.
 Loosen the table locking screws on the front and back of the table.
 Incline the table to the desired angle and re-tighten.

8.3

Water reservoir

 When cutting with this tool, the disc should always be in contact with water.
 When storing, remove the reservoir and clean it from sediments of cutting.

8.4

Performing straight and angle cuts

8.4.1

Straight cuts

 loosen the fixing knobs (7) at both sides of the table.
 Place the guide at the desired cutting distance.
 fix the knobs (7) at both sides of the table again.
 Push the tile forward. Don't push to hard and let the disc do the job.

8.4.2

Angle cuts at 45°

 Use the supplied plastic angle guide to cut a tile at 45°.
 Place 1 corner of the tile in the angle guide, hold the tile firmly in its position, then Push

the tile forward. Don't push to hard and let the disc do the job.

8.5

Replacing the diamond cutting blade.

9 CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Attention! Before performing any work on the equipment, pull the power
plug.

9.1

Cleaning

 Keep the ventilation slots of the machine clean to prevent overheating of the engine.
 Regularly clean the machine housing with a soft cloth, preferably after each use.
 Keep the ventilation slots free from dust and dirt.
 If the dirt does not come off use a soft cloth moistened with soapy water.

Never use solvents such as petrol, alcohol, ammonia water, etc. These
solvents may damage the plastic parts.

9.2

Maintenance

 Our machines have been designed to operate over a long period of time with a minimum

of maintenance. Continuous satisfactory operation depends upon proper machine care
and regular cleaning.
