Troubleshooting
Tablet power does not turn ON
Is the lithium-ion battery
installed?
Check that the lithium-ion battery is inserted correctly.
Is the lithium-ion battery
charged? Refer to < Charging the tablet > and then charge the
lithium-ion battery.
Cannot use the tablet / The cursor does not move
Is the wireless adapter
connected to the computer?
Check that the wireless adapter is connected to the
computer being used.
Caution
Connect the wireless adapter directly to the
USB port on the computer. It may not
operate correctly if a USB hub is used.
Is the Status LED on the tablet or
the LED on the wireless adapter
flashing? No communication between the tablet and wireless
adapter. See <
If tablet communication cannot be
performed >.
Communication is not possible.
If wireless devices or electronic equipment are used
near the product, communication between the tablet
and wireless adapter may be unstable due to
interference from radio waves.
Do not use equipment that causes interference when
using this product.
Is the pen's dry cell battery flat? Replace with a new dry cell battery.
Is the tablet driver operating
correctly?
The software's installation may not have been
completed correctly.

uninstall and then reinstall the software.
Are the tablet driver's settings
suitable?
The tablet may not respond if the pressure sensitivity is
too low or the touch sensitivity is too high.
Perform the appropriate settings.
