■ Spreizen Sie den Clip etwas und schieben Sie ihn über die
Ferse des Schuhes:
■ Führen Sie das Befestigungsband 4 über den Spann und
schieben Sie den Haken 6 in die Öse 7, so dass der Clip
gesichert ist:
■ Achten Sie dabei drauf, dass das Ende des Befestigungsbands
4, welches durch den Haken 6 führt, mit der Gummischlaufe
5 fi xiert ist.
■ Sie können nun die Länge des Befestigungsbands 4 noch
einmal justieren, indem Sie den Refl ektor abziehen 3 und auf
dem Flauschband neu positionieren.
Bedienen
■ Drücken Sie einmal die Ein-/Aus-Taste 1, um eine Dauerbe-
leuchtung einzuschalten.
■ Drücken Sie ein weiteres Mal die Ein-/Aus-Taste 1, um den
Blink-Modus einzuschalten.
■ Drücken Sie ein weiteres Mal die Ein-/Aus-Taste 1, um das
Gerät auszuschalten.
Batterie wechseln
■ Entfernen Sie die 8 Schrauben an den Innenseiten des Clips.
■ Nehmen Sie die Abdeckungen der Batteriefächer 8 ab.
■ Schieben Sie jeweils die Batterie aus der Halterung. Nehmen
Sie gegebenenfalls einen fl achen Gegenstand zu Hilfe.
■ Schieben Sie jeweils eine neue Batterie in die Halterungen.
Achten Sie auf die korrekte Polarität.
■ Setzen Sie die Abdeckungen wieder auf und schrauben Sie
diese fest.
Reinigung und Pfl ege
■ Reinigen Sie das Gerät mit einem weichen, leicht angefeuch-
teten Tuch. Verwenden Sie keine Reinigungs- oder Lösemittel.
Diese können die Kunststoff -Oberfl ächen beschädigen.
Entsorgung
Werfen Sie das Gerät keinesfalls in den normalen
Hausmüll. Dieses Produkt unterliegt der europäischen
Richtlinie 2012/19/EU.
Entsorgen Sie das Gerät über einen zugelassenen Entsorgungsbe-
trieb oder über Ihre kommunale Entsorgungseinrichtung. Beachten
Sie die aktuell geltenden Vorschriften. Setzen Sie sich im Zweifels-
fall mit Ihrer Entsorgungseinrichtung in Verbindung.
Batterien/Akkus dürfen nicht im Hausmüll entsorgt
werden.
Jeder Verbraucher ist gesetzlich verpfl ichtet, Batterien/Akkus
bei einer Sammelstelle seiner Gemeinde / seines Stadtteils oder

Safety guidelines
♦ To avoid damage, do not allow liquids to penetrate the
appliance and do not submerge it in water.

♦ Cleaning should not be performed by children unless they
are under supervision.
♦ Children must not use the appliance as a plaything.
Information on using batteries
When interacting with batteries, please observe the following:
♦ Do not throw batteries into the fi re. Do not recharge batteries.
There is a risk of explosion and injury!
♦ Never open batteries and never solder or weld batteries. There
is a risk of explosion and injury!
♦ Check the condition of the batteries at regular intervals.
Leaking batteries can cause damage to the appliance.
♦ If you do not intend to use the appliance for an extended
period, remove the batteries.
♦ If the batteries have leaked, use protective gloves. Clean the
battery compartment and the battery contacts with a dry cloth.
♦ Keep batteries out of the reach of children. Children might
put batteries into their mouth and swallow them. If a battery
is swallowed, medical assistance must be sought immediately.
Attachment
■ Push the attachment strap 4 with the side with the refl ector 3
outwards through the eyelet 2 so that you can then push the
underside of the refl ector 3 onto the fl eece side of the attach-
ment strap 4. The amount you pull the attachment strap 4
through the eyelet 2 will aff ect whether the attachment band 4
is longer or shorter. Now you can press the underside of the
refl ector 3 onto the fl eece side of the attachment strap 4:
■ Open up the clip slightly and slide it onto the heel of the shoe:
■ Feed the attachment strap 4 over the instep and then push the
hook 6 into the eyelet 7 so that the clip is secured:
■ Ensure the end of the attachment strap 4 which has been
fed through the hook 6 is fi xed to the elastic loop 5.
■ You can adjust the size of the attachment strap 4 by pulling
off the refl ector 3 and repositioning it on the fl eece.
Operation
■ Press the on/off button 1 once to switch on permanent
lighting.
■ Press the on/off button 1 again to activate fl ashing mode.
■ Press the on/off button 1 a third time to switch off the appli-
ance.
The warranty only covers claims for material and manufacturing
defects, not for damage sustained during carriage, components
subject to wear and tear or damage to fragile components such
as switches or rechargeable batteries. This appliance is intended
solely for private use and not for commercial purposes.
The warranty shall be deemed void in the case of misuse or
improper handling, use of force and interventions which have
not been carried out by one of our authorised Service centres.
Your statutory rights are not restricted by this warranty.
The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs eff ected under
the warranty. This also applies to replaced and repaired compo-
nents. Any damage and defects present at the time of purchase
must be reported immediately after unpacking, but no later than
two days after the date of purchase. Repairs eff ected after expiry
of the warranty period shall be subject to charge.

Changing the battery
■ Remove the 8 screws on the inside of the clip.
■ Remove the cover of the battery compartment 8:
■ Push each of the batteries out of their respective slot.
Use a fl at object to help you if necessary.
■ Slide a new battery into each slot. Ensure the polarity is correct.
■ Replace the cover and screw it down fi rmly.
Cleaning and care
■ Clean the appliance with a soft and slightly damp cloth. Do
not use detergents or solvents. These can damage the plastic
surfaces.
Disposal
Under no circumstances should the appliance be
disposed of in standard domestic waste. This product
is subject to the provisions of European Directive
2012/19/EU.
Dispose of the appliance via an approved waste disposal com-
pany or your municipal waste disposal facility. Please observe
applicable regulations. Please contact your waste disposal facility
if you are in any doubt.
Used (rechargeable) batteries may not be disposed
of in the household waste.
Consumers are legally obligated to dispose of (rechargeable)
batteries at a collection point in their community/city district or
at a retail store.
The purpose of this obligation is to ensure that (rechargeable)
batteries are disposed of in an environmentally congruent manner.
Only dispose of (rechargeable) batteries when they are fully
discharged.
Dispose of all packaging materials in an environmentally
friendly manner.
Warranty and service
You are provided a 3-year warranty on this device, valid from the
date of purchase. This appliance has been manufactured with
care and inspected meticulously prior to delivery.
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. In the event of a
warranty claim, please contact your Customer Service unit by tele-
phone. This is the only way to guarantee free return of your goods.
