exercise 2 (Fig. B)

• Lie down on your back and position the yoga
ball below the base of the spine.
• With your legs bent and feet on the floor,
stretch your arms backwards next to your
head.
• With both legs bent, draw them towards your
chest and then back again.

exercise 3 (Fig. C)

• Lie down on your back and stretch your arms
out backwards.
• Hold the ball between your feet and lift your
legs at 90º.
• Careful! Do not arch your back!
• Move your legs slowly towards the floor and
lift them again just before they touch the floor.

• Lie on your back and hold the ball between
your knees, with your legs bent and feet on
the floor.
• Lift your pelvis up off the floor. Keep your
torso stable.
• Lower your pelvis again.

Care and storage

Always store this product clean and dry in a
temperate location.

IMPoRTanT! Only clean with water, never
use harsh cleaners. Follow with a cleaning cloth
to dry.

disposal

Please dispose of the product and packaging in
an environmentally friendly manner, separating
different materials for recycling as required!
Dispose of this item through an authorised
disposal company or through your local waste
disposal facilities - ask your local authority for
information if further guidance is required.
Ensure that you comply with all regulations
currently in force.

Inflating the ball

Warning!

• Only to be inflated by adults.
• Do not inflate the ball beyond the stated
diameter.
• Only fill the ball with air.
• Do not inflate the ball by mouth, as this could
lead to dizziness.
• Use standard foot pumps or double action
hand pumps with the correct adapters to
inflate the product.
• After inflating, seal the product with the
provided sealing plug.

Remove the stopper and let the air escape
slowly.
To help air escape faster, remove the valve
stopper and insert the bleeder tube.

note! The sealing plug must not be

removed with a sharp or sharp-edged

object as this could severely damage

the ball.

Training instructions

• The following exercises are just a selection.
You will find further exercises in the pertinent
specialist literature.
• Warm up properly before each training
session.
• If possible, have the exercise performed
correctly the first time by an experienced
physiotherapist.
• Wear comfortable sportswear and training
shoes.

Perform each exercise for 15-25 se-

conds and repeat it 5 times, but stop if

you feel unwell or feel that you cannot

perform the exercise correctly.

exercise 1 (Fig. a)

• Lie down on your back with the yoga ball
between your shoulder blades.
• Bend your legs and stretch your arms out to
the side.
• Roll your upper body a little to the right and
left.
• Keep your shoulders parallel to the floor.
