5. Exercise for legs
Stand upright with a straight back and stiff body with
one foot forward as if taking a step. Put your left foot
through the grip and fasten the safety belt to your ankle
as shown. Put your right foot through the other grip
and then stand on it. Move your left leg straightened
backwards. Change sides.

6. Exercise for arms, shoulders and back
Sit down on the floor with straightened legs as shown.
Take the band in both hands (palms facing each other)
and place the middle of the band over the bottom of
your feet (see drawing). Slowly and evenly breathe out
and bend your arms at about shoulder height, at the
same time pulling them in a controlled movement
backwards. Bend your upper body with your back
straight as an alternative slightly forward and, after
tensioning the arms, backwards again.

7. Exercise for biceps and shoulders
Stand upright with a straight back and stiff body with
one foot forward as if taking a step. Put your right foot
through the grip and fasten the safety belt to your ankle
as shown. Hold the other grip with your right hand in
front of your body with the palm facing up. Hold your
right elbow steady at the side of your body. Now bend
your right arm slowly and pull your hand upwards
towards your right shoulder. Change sides.

8. Exercise for arms, shoulders and back
Stand upright with a straight back and stiff body with
one foot forward as if taking a step. Put your right or
left foot through the grip and fasten the safety belt to
your ankle as shown. Hold the other grip with both
hands in front of your body with the palms facing
down. Now lift your arms slowly with slightly bent el-
bows.

9. Exercise for arms, shoulders and back
Stand upright with a straight back and stiff body with
your feet about shoulder width apart as shown (alter-
natively with the feet in a position as if taking a step).
Hold the band with both hands in front of your upper
body at about shoulder height (one hand on each
side). The palms face inward. Slowly and evenly
breathe out and straighten your arms at about shoulder
height, at the same time pulling them in a controlled
movement outwards and backwards. In the final posi-
tion, the elbows should still be slightly bent.

10. Exercise for arms, shoulders, chest and back
Stand upright with a straight back and stiff body with
your feet about shoulder width apart as shown (alter-
natively with the feet in a position as if taking a step).

Hold the band with both hands behind your upper
body at about shoulder height (one hand on each
side). The palms face backwards.

Slowly and evenly breathe out and straighten your
arms at about shoulder height, at the same time pulling
them in a controlled movement outwards, forward and
backwards. In the final position, the elbows should still
be slightly bent.

rial and workmanship and does not apply to misuse or
improper handling. Your statutory rights, especially the
warranty rights, are not affected by this warranty.

employees will advise as to the subsequent procedure
as quickly as possible. We will be personally available
to discuss the situation with you.

Any repairs under the warranty, statutory guarantees
or through goodwill do not extend the warranty period.
This also applies to replaced and repaired parts. Re-
pairs after the warranty are subject to a charge.
