Intended use (Fig. B)

This product is designed to be applied to the skin

and is for private use only. When the stretched

elastic product is attached to the skin, it transfers its

elasticity to the skin and also forms an additional

textile layer. Modern science indicates that in doing

so, the pressure influences the skin directly below

the product so that the skin alternately ripples and

stretches during the movement of the body part with

the attached product. Based on this, the interaction

can have a stimulating effect on the blood vessels

and skin receptors.
In general, stimulation of the skin and its organs can

have the following effects:

Indication: Based on these assumptions,

the elastic tape can also be used in medicine

to support attempts to treat muscular tension

(neck), postural problems (postural weaknesses),

oedemas (swellings), tendinitis (e.g. inflammation

of the Achilles tendon), and even stimulation of

trigger points, such as treatment of monthly period

complaints.
Do not use in the case of:
• Open wounds
• Skin diseases
• Thromboses
• Treatment using other methods (e.g. Fango,

massage therapies, electrical stimulation therapies)

• Allergies to the product material, adhesive or

carrier.

Safety instructions

• In the case of acute injuries or complex disease

symptoms, product adhesion should be performed

by a doctor or physiotherapist.

• Store the product out of the reach of children.
• If pregnant, please consult a doctor before

attaching the product.

• Do not over stretch the product when attaching it.

There should not be excessive constriction.

• Leave the product on the skin for a maximum of

seven days.

• The body part to be treated must not be

completely wrapped in the product!

• Do not use in the case of skin diseases and

irritations, such as neurodermatitis.

• Should hypersensitivity or allergic reactions occur,

such as itching, reddening or swelling of the skin

where the product is attached, remove the product

immediately.

• Should problems occur while wearing the product,

remove the product immediately and consult a

doctor.

Before use (Fig. A)

The product ends marked with hatching on the

paper films are known as “anchors” and are

attached without being stretched. The area in

between is stretched fully, pressed on with both

thumbs and attached. Avoid touching the adhesive

surface to guarantee the optimum wear duration.

Attaching the product

The product is on a paper backing, which must first

be removed.
Important! Do not touch the adhesive surface of the

product because this will cause the product to lose its

ability to stick.
1. Rip the paper at Mark B and remove the paper

from the end (anchor) (Fig. C).

2. Stick the end without stretching it to the skin

below  he desired lymphatic area (Fig. D).

Rub the attached area.

3. Turn the product down and, holding the paper at

the designated finger markings, pull it off (Fig. E).

4. First stick down the outer fingers and then the

stretched inner fingers over the lymphatic area to

form a fan-shape (Fig F). Firmly rub the attached

fingers. The adhesive strip is activated by the

resulting frictional heat.

Application

Attach the product to the pre-tensioned body part.

Skin preparation

Important! Do not apply cream or similar

substances immediately prior to attaching

the product.
1. Determine the body part to be treated.
2. Shave the area if it is covered in thick hair.
3. Clean the body part with a fat-dissolving product

(e.g. soap or a skin disinfectant).

4. The skin must be dry for the application.
Important! The body part must be clean,

dry and free of grease.

Thigh

For this application, you require two products.

The two products are attached centrally over the

desired lymphatic area. For attachment, the person

should stand upright and the place the leg to have

the product stuck to onto a chair or something

similar, so that an approximate 90-degree angle

is formed. It is important that the outer fingers are

attached first in order to set the limits of the area.
1. Remove the paper at Mark B and stick the end

(anchor) without stretching it to the skin below

the desired lymphatic area. Rub the attached

area (Fig. G).

2. Turn the product down and, holding the paper at

the designated finger markings, pull it off (Fig. H).

The fingers point in the direction of the lymphatic

area.

3. First stick down the outer fingers and then the

stretched inner fingers over the lymphatic area

to form a fan-shape (Fig. I). Firmly rub the

attached fingers.

4. Proceed in the same way with the second finger,

except that this is stuck over the attached fingers

from the opposite side (Fig. J).

5. The affected lymphatic area should be exactly at

the centre of the fingers (Fig. K).

Cleaning and care

• Protect the product from direct sunlight, rain and

high temperatures.

• When the product has been cut, it can only be

used once.

• Dry the product if it has become wet (e.g. when

swimming, bathing or showering).

Caution: Do not rub the product dry,

as this will cause it to come away from

the skin.
