♦ Switch the device on by sliding the On/Off switch 4
to the "ON" position. The indicator lamp 2 illumi-
nates and signals that the vehicle air cleaner is
operating. Depending on the vehicle type it is pos-
sible that the ignition has to be switched on fi rst.
♦ To switch the device off , set the On/Off switch 4
to the "OFF" position. The indicator lamp 2 goes
out.
CAUTION
► The device also consumes power in standby
mode and therefore must be disconnected from
the on-board power supply after use! Otherwise
the battery will discharge when the engine is
not running.
