Maintain the pump in good condition (use an authorised service agent).

Replace or repair damaged parts. Use genuine parts only. Non authorised parts will

invalidate the warranty.

Ensure safety eye protection and protective clothing are worn when using this product.

Keep the work area clean, uncluttered and ensure there is adequate lighting.

Maintain correct balance and footing. Ensure the floor is not slippery and wear non slip

shoes.

Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the working area.

Dispose of waste liquids in accordance with local authority regulations.

DO NOT dismantle, tamper with or adapt the pump for any purpose other than for which it is

designed.

DO NOT use the unit if it has been dropped or mishandled, check the unit to ensure there is

no damage.

DO NOT use the pump as a handle to move the fluid drum.

Keep the pump clean and store in a safe, dry, childproof location.

WARNING! DO NOT allow uncontrolled discharge of fluids thus polluting the environment.

Polypropylene rotary pump, specially fitted with Bakelite vanes for transferring AdBlue as well as

acids, alkalis, oils and other fluids of similar viscosity. Supplied with 1300mm polyethylene

extension hose. Features 2”BSP connector suitable for use on 205ltr drums. Delivers

approximately 0.35ltr/revolution

Screw the spout (fig.1A) into the pump body (fig.1B).

Slide handle (fig.1D) over the handle shaft. Secure by screwing bolt (fig.1c) into the

recess in the shaft.

connect the three extension tubes (fig.1E) together using the couplings (fig.1F).

Then screw into bottom of the pump.

3.4

Slide the 2” BSP connector (not shown) over the extension tubes, then screw the filter

(fig.1G) to the bottom of the extension tubes.

3.5

Insert the pump assembly into a 205ltr drum and screw in the 2” BSP connector, tighten

the thumb screw in the connector to secure the pump.

3.6

TP57 is now ready for use, ensure that the handle is tight before using the pump.
