3. CONTENTS/SPECIFICATIONS

Environmental Protection. Recycle unwanted packaging materials or dispose of in a manner which is

compatible with the environment. When the product is no longer required, dispose of in an environmentally

protective way.

4.1 Shallow spills and final absorption of a spill should be carried out using pads, but only once it is ensured that containment is

complete. The pads should be left in contact with the fluid for about two or three minutes, or until saturated. Each pad will

contain up to one litre of fluid approximately, depending upon viscosity.

4.2 When using the absorbent Sock, it should be used to form a temporary dam to contain fluid and not as a mop.

A nominal 300mm overlap of ends to contain fluid is suggested. (Larger spills would require the SCK30 or SCK50 kit)
