WARNING! Ensure that you read, understand and apply the safety instructions in Section 1.

4.1

DRAINING VEHICLE (Refer to figs.1 & 3). .

DANGER! DO NOT release clamp (1) when there is pressure in the reservoir as pipe and oil pan

will be propelled upward with force. This could result in damage and/or serious injury.

4.1.1. Ensure there is no pressure in the container. open the air inlet tap (2) then close it again to vent any pressure.

4.1.2. Position the drainer alongside the motorcycle lift, release clamp (1) to position the drain pan under the drain plug.

4.1.3. open the bleed valve (5) open the ball valve (3) to ensure that oil will collect in the tank.

4.2

EMpTYING DRAINER (Refer to figs.1 & 3)

The level of oil in the tank is indicated on the oil level tube (8).

4.2.1. Close ball valve (3), air inlet tap(2), bleed valve (5) and oil discharge tap (6).

4.2.2. Connect air line onto air inlet and open air inlet tap (2).

4.2.3. Pressurise tank to 4 bar using pressure gauge (7). If pressure exceeds the safety valve limit (4) will open to reset to the

correct pressure.

NOTE! leave the air line connected until the tank is completely empty.

4.2.4. When empty close air inlet tap (2) and oil discharge tap (6).

4.2.5. Disconnect air line.

4.5.6. Remove air left in tank by opening air inlet tap.

Never leave drainer with pressure in the reservoir.

IMpORTANT! Dispose of waste oil in accordance with local authority regulations.

3.1

AIR SUppLY

Recommended hook-up procedure is shown in fig 2.

3.1.1. Ensure drainer air valve (or trigger) is in "off" position before connecting to the air supply.

3.1.2. 

WARNING! Ensure the air supply is clean. too high an air pressure and unclean air will shorten the product life due

to excessive wear, and may be dangerous causing damage and/or personal injury.

3.1.3. Drain the air tank daily. Water in the air line will damage the tool.

3.1.4. Clean air inlet filter weekly.

3.1.5. line pressure should be increased to compensate for unusually long air hoses (over 8 metres). the minimum hose

diameter should be 1/4” I.D. and fittings must have the same inside dimensions.

3.1.6. Keep hose away from heat, oil and sharp edges. Check hose for wear, and make certain that all connections are

secure.
