IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. NOTE THE SAFE OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS, WARNINGS & CAUTIONS.
USE THE PRODUCT CORRECTLY AND WITH CARE FOR THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH IT IS INTENDED. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY CAUSE

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Keep the unit clean, wipe off any fluid spillage. Keep the suction tubes clean and clear of blockages. Check that all tubes, hoses and connections are in good condition.

Keep the extractor clean and maintain it in good condition (use an authorised service agent).

Replace or repair damaged parts. Use genuine parts only. Unauthorised parts may be dangerous and will invalidate the warranty.

Keep all non-essential persons away from the work area.

Check extractor connections and fittings before use.

!

Ensure that the tank capacity exceeds the amount of fluid to be collected.

DO NOT use the extractor for any purpose other than that for which it is designed.

DO NOT operate the extractor if any parts are damaged or missing as this may cause failure and/or personal injury.

DO NOT leave the extractor operating unattended.

WARNING! Engine oil will be hot when extracting.

IMPORTANT! Ensure that you wear protective clothing, gloves, goggles, face mask as appropriate for the fluid being extracted.

WARNING! DO NOT allow uncontrolled discharge of fluids thus polluting the environment.

Dispose of waste fluids in accordance with local authority regulations.

WARNING! DO NOT use with gasoline or other flammable liquids.

DO NOT use the unit to extract dangerous chemicals, poisons, acids, alkalines or solvents.

The container is not designed for long term storage.

DO NOT store the unit under extreme conditions.

DO NOT turn the container upsidedown when it is holding fluids.

DO NOT adapt the unit for any other purpose.

When not in use, disconnect from the air supply and store in a safe, dry, childproof area.

5.5ltr Capacity device constructed from composite materials and suitable for the extraction of engine oils from cars, motorcycles, marine engines, stationary engines
and industrial machinery. Suitable also for low viscosity fluids such as water. Supplied with 2100mm suction probe, easy-pour spout and cover cap. Use suction
probe to remove engine oil through the dipstick tube.

ENSURE YOU READ, UNDERSTAND AND APPLY THE SECTION 1 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS.

NOTE: The black section of the probe is permanently joined to the clear section

and cannot be separated

3.1 .

Before Using.

3.1.1.

Pre-run engine for 10 minutes, to warm the oil and to allow any sludge or
contaminants within the oil to mix and to suspend.

3.1.2.

Screw handle (F) onto pump (B).

3.2.

Operation.

3.2.1.

Replace red cap on container with tube cap (D) and fix firmly.

3.2.2.

Before attaching pump (B), make sure the black rubber collar (E) on container(A)
is firmly seated.

3.2.3.

Remove dipstick from vehicle.

3.2.4.

Insert black part of suction probe into vehicle dipstick pipe until it reaches the
bottom of the oil pan.

3.2.5.

With two hands pump handle (F) 10 to 20 times. Oil will flow out automatically.
DO NOT PUMP CONTINUOUSLY- DO NOT FORCE THE PUMP HANDLE.

3.2.6.

After extracting, remove tube cap (D) from container with a twisting action.

3.2.7.

Remove pump (B) and attach pour spout (C) and empty oil (fluid) into a suitable
receptacle for safe disposal. Do not hold the container upside-down.
