Keep the work area clean, uncluttered and ensure there is adequate lighting.

Maintain correct balance and footing. Ensure the floor is not slippery and wear non slip shoes.

Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the working area.

After use, drain any fluids from the equipment before storage.

Dispose of waste liquids in accordance with local authority regulations.

Disconnect air pressure from equipment when not in use.

DO NOT exceed the maximum working pressure of 2000psi.

DO NOT leave the hose on the ground, retract when not in use.

DO NOT point attachments at people or animals.

DO NOT use the equipment near open flames.

DO NOT smoke whilst using this equipment.

DO NOT use with corrosive fluids.

DO NOT dismantle, tamper with or adapt the reel for any purpose other than for which it is designed.

DO NOT use the unit if it has been dropped or mishandled, check the unit to ensure there is no damage.

Keep the equipment clean and store in a safe dry, childproof location.

For use with AK4560D pump station. Heavy-duty steel and powder coating finish for corrosion resistance. Four roller fairlead allows smooth

running of hose whatever the angle of hose or mounting position of reel. Multi position ratchet lock with fully enclosed spring. Includes 1.5mtr

connection hose for connecting reel to pump.

Mount the reel to a wall or bench using appropriate fixings (not supplied).

3.2

connect the 1.5mtr hose from the centre reel connection to the

AK4560D pump station.

3.3

connect a dispensing gun/meter to the outlet connection.

Pull the hose at a steady pace, a clicking noise from the ratchet will be

heard, when the hose is at the desired length, gently release the

pressure and the hose will lock into position.

4.2

to retract the hose, pull the hose out a short distance and release the

hose will now rewind.

WARNING! DO NOT let go of the hose, guide it back until it is fully

retracted. Failure to do this may damage the gun or metering device

on the end of the hose.
