1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

1.1. GENERAL SAFETY

WARNING! Ensure Health & Safety, local authority, and general

workshop practice regulations are adhered to when using this rack.

Locate rack in a suitable work area.

Keep the work area clean, uncluttered and ensure there is

adequate lighting.

WARNING! Use rack on level and solid ground, preferably

concrete.

Keep the rack clean and tidy in accordance with good workshop

practice.

DO NOT use the rack

for any purpose other than that for which it

is designed.

Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area.

DO NOT climb on racking.

plastic storage bins.

3.1. Position the LH upright (1) and the RH upright (2) onto the

upstanding spigots on the base (3) ensuring that the attached

brackets (7) are facing inwards. On each upright it is the end

with no internal fixings which should be dropped over each spigot.

Secure each upright with two 14mm M4 bolts with a lock washer

under the head of each bolt.

3.2. Attach a brace (4) between each upright (1 & 2) and the base

(3) and secure each with two 14mm M4 bolts and lock washers.

3.3. Place the top (5) onto the two uprights ensuring that the uprights

go into the metal sockets in the back inside corners of the top.

Secure each upright with two 14mm M4 bolts and lock washers.

3.4. Bolt the seven cross braces (7) to the brackets on the inside

faces of the two uprights (1 & 2). Position each cross brace onto

the front faces of the adjacent brackets ensuring that the centre

support fixing hole is offset to the right. Fix each cross brace with

two 8mm M4 nuts and bolts at each end.

3.5. Attach the Centre Support (8) to the back of the cross braces

using

14mm M4 bolts with a lock washer under the head of each

bolt.

3.6. Attach the storage bins to the cross braces by pushing the rear

lip on each bin over the top front edge of the cross braces.
