Keep the extractor clean and maintain it in good condition (use an authorised service agent).

replace or repair damaged parts. Use genuine parts only. Unauthorised parts may be dangerous and will invalidate the warranty.

Keep all non-essential persons away from the work area.

check extractor connections and fittings before use.

Ensure that the tank capacity exceeds the amount of fluid to be collected.

DO NOT use the extractor for any purpose other than that for which it is designed.

DO NOT operate the extractor if any parts are damaged or missing as this may cause failure and/or personal injury.

WARNING! Engine oil maybe hot when extracting.

ImpoRtANt! Ensure that you wear protective clothing, gloves, goggles, face mask as appropriate for the fluid being extracted.

WARNING! Do Not allow uncontrolled discharge of fluids thus polluting the environment.

Dispose of waste fluids in accordance with local authority regulations.

WARNING! Do Not use with gasoline or other flammable liquids.

DO NOT use the unit to extract dangerous chemicals, poisons, acids, alkalines or solvents.

4ltr capacity device constructed from composite materials and suitable for the extraction of engine oils from cars, motorcycles, marine engines,

stationary engines and industrial machinery. Also suitable for low viscosity fluids such as water. Supplied with 2 suction probes, easy-pour spout

and cover cap. use probes to remove engine oil through the dipstick tube.

3.1. Assembly

3.1.1. Screw the pump (fig.1.2) onto the threaded fitting at the top of

the container (fig.1.1).

3.1.2. Push the required probe (fig..1.6 or 7) into the inlet connector

(fig.1.4) until tight.

3.1.3. for maximum length, the 5mm probe can be connected to the

end of the 8mm probe.

3.2. Preparation

3.1.1. Before attempting to extract any fluid, ensure that the machine

to be worked on has stopped and is secured against restarting.

3.1.2. Be aware that engine oil and other fluids may be hot, and take

precautions.

3.3. Fluid Extraction

3.3.1. feed the probe into the appropriate access point (e.g. dip tube)

Ensure that the tip of the probe is immersed fully into the fluid.

3.3.2. Pump the handle (fig1.3) repeatedly until a vacuum is created in

the container.

3.3.3. continue to pump as required.

3.3.4.

As the container fills, stop pumping and monitor the level of fluid

in the container.

The pump assembly will be damaged if fluid is

drawn into it.
