Thank you for purchasing a Sealey product. Manufactured to a high standard this product will, if used according to these instructions and

properly maintained, give you years of trouble free performance.

1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

2.1. Introduction.

Lifts front or back end of hard and soft tail cruiser style motortcycles quickly with relative safety. Features adjustable arm

height and soft PVC sheath for protection to underside of motorcycle. Design of the stand ensures rim and tyre protection

and once the motorcycle is supported, it allows easy removal of the front wheel. A detachable handle removed from the work

area prevents tripping hazards. The handle can be operated from both sides of the motorcycle.

2. INTRODUCTION & SpECIFICATION

DO NOT sit on the motorcycle on the stand.

DO NOT start the motorcycle on the stand.

DO NOT mount the stand on tarmacadam, as the surface may be unstable.

DO NOT use the stand for a purpose it is not designed to perform.

DO NOT use the stand when you are tired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs or intoxicating medication.

DO NOT allow untrained persons to operate the stand.

DO NOT make any modifications to the stand.

DO NOT operate the stand if parts are missing or damaged.

Maintain the

stand in a good clean condition for the best and safest performance.

Locate the stand and motorcycle in a suitable area. Keep area clean, tidy and free from unrelated materials and ensure that there is

adequate lighting. Also ensure that the floor/ground is level and strong enough (preferably concrete) to take the weight of the stand

and the motorcycle.

Maintain correct balance and footing whilst positioning the motorcycle on the stand, do not over reach.

Ensure that the floor is not slippery, wear non-slip footwear.

Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area.

Always support the motorcycle to prevent falling sideways (stabiliser).

Before removing a motorcycle from the stand, ensure that there are no obstructions or persons around the motorcycle.

When not in use, store in a safe, dry, childproof location.

3. ASSEMbLY INSTRUCTIONS

Check contents of packaging against fig.1 and fig.2. Unlikely shortages or damage refer to your Sealey Dealer immediately.

3.1.

The stand requires minimal assembly before first use.

3.1.1. Offer the sheathed load bearing tube into the two adjustable height tubes (fig.1).

3.1.2. Slide the two adjustable height tubes into the fulcrum frame forks (fig.1) and insert the M8 bolts at required height. Retain with the hex

nuts.

DO NOT over tighten.

3.1.3. Depending upon load a handle extension is available. Insert M8 bolt to join handle with extension and retain with hex nut (fig.2).

3.1.4. Slide the handle or handle and extension into the required square fork of fulcrum frame full depth (fig.2).
