Disposal



The rechargeable battery must be removed before the product is
taken for disposal.

 After the battery has been removed, the product can no longer be

used.

To remove the rechargeable battery proceed as follows:
1. Open the light by unscrewing the 5 screws

using a small Phillips

screwdriver (see Fig. E).

2. Separate the two halves of the light housing and cut through the lead.
3. Remove the rechargeable batteries. The batteries are bound together

in a film.

4. Dispose of the rechargeable batteries in accordance with your local

authority’s regulations. Under no circumstances should you throw
away the batteries with ordinary domestic waste.

The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials,

which you may dispose of at local recycling facilities.

Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how to
dispose of your worn-out product.

To help protect the environment, please dispose of the product

properly when it has reached the end of its useful life and not
in the household waste. Information on collection points and
their opening hours can be obtained from your local authority.
