Be sure to insert batteries as indicated
in the battery compartment

Close the battery compartment. The
device is now ready to use.
Mains operation:
Alternately to batteries this device may
also be powered by an external mains
adaptor as the power supply. The mains
adaptor must meet the technical data
specified under “Technical data / low
voltage jack“. Such mains adaptors are
available from speciality retailers.
