CAUTION - PROPERTY DAMAGE!

Do not use any aggressive cleaning liquids or solvents. They could damage
the surface.

Cleaning the housing

Use a soft cloth lightly moistened with a mild soap solution to clean the housing
and attachments.

Please dry everything off properly before using the appliance again.

Cleaning the air suction grill

WARNING - RISK OF FIRE!

Clean the air intake grill 3 at regular intervals with a soft brush.

1) Turn the air intake grille 3 slightly so that it can be removed from the hair-

dryer.

2) Clean the openings of the air intake grill 3 with a soft brush.

3) Replace the air intake grille 3 back onto the hair dryer so that the lugs on

the air intake grille 3 engage in the slots on the housing of the hairdryer.
Turn the air intake grille 3 slightly so that it engages and is fi rmly seated on
the housing.

Storage

CAUTION - PROPERTY DAMAGE!

First pack and transport the hair dryer when it has completely cooled
down. Otherwise, it could damage other items.

Clean the hair dryer as described in the section “Cleaning”.

Retract the cord by pressing the cord retract button 2.

Store the hair dryer at a dustfree and dry location.

Troubleshooting

Should your hair dryer not function as expected, fi rst remove the plug from the
mains power socket and allow the appliance to cool down for a few minutes.
The appliance is fi tted with an overheating protector!

Should the appliance still not function, consult the service department detailed
under “Service”.
