The customer must provide proof of purchase in
order for any warranty claims within the warranty
period to be honoured. Claims under the warranty

for a period of 3 years after the date of purchase.
In the event of a warranty claim, the customer has
the right to have the goods repaired by our own
workshop or a workshop authorised by us. The shi-
atsu massage cushion must not be opened for any
reason. Opening or modifying the cushion invali-
dates the warranty. This warranty does not grant
any additional rights to the customer. Complaints
are often initiated by difficulties encountered during
use. Many of these complaints can be resolved by
telephone or email. Please contact our Service
Hotline in the first instance, before you return the
shiatsu massage cushion to the manufacturer.
