Safety instructions:
• Intended use: Suitable only for private use in dry indoor rooms!
• The renovation fitting is intended as a temporary replacement for a ceiling fitting!
• The fitting may only be installed at a minimum height of 2.30 m and out of arm‘s reach. If you touch the lampholder during operation, there is a risk of severe burns caused by the lamp, which is
getting very hot during operation!
• Installation must be carried out by a fully qualified electrician, as non-professionals are not able to assess the dangers of electrical power properly! Please contact a qualified electrical fitter. Risk of
electric shock if used incorrectly!

Installation instructions:
1. The fuse of the power circuit on which work is to be carried out must be switched off and secured to prevent switching on again.
2. Check that all conductors are no longer live using a voltage tester. (Figure 1)
3. If the cable ends have not been stripped, remove the insulation from the cable and cores using a suitable tool. (Figure 2, Figure 3)
4. Place the cable into the strain relief device and close the fixing clamp. (Figure 4, Figure 5 Figure 6)
5. Insert the stripped L conductor into clamp „L“, the stripped neutral conductor into screw clamp „N“ of the fitting and tighten the
screws – the PE conductor is not connected. (Figure 7)
6. Screw in the bulb and then switch on the fuse again. (Figure 8)
Replacing the bulb:
1. Switch off the corresponding fuse and secure to prevent switching on again.
2. Allow the bulb to cool down to room temperature and then unscrew in anti-clockwise direction.
3. Screw in the new bulb in clockwise direction, then switch on the fuse again.
Disposal instruction:
This product may be disposed with your other household waste!
Warranty for type 912 + type 19300:
During manufacturing this REV product is passed through several quality testing stations which are set up with newest technology. Should nevertheless a defect arise, REV offers a warranty to the fol-
lowing extent:
1. The duration of the warranty is 36 months after the date of purchase.
2. The unit is either repaired or replaced by REV free of charge or if it can be shown that it has become unusable during the warranty period due to a manufacturing or material defect.
3. The liability does not cover transport damages or damaged incurred through defective installation.
4. If REV repudiates the warranty claim and no objection is made within 6 months, the right to repair becomes time-barred.
5. In a warranty case the unit must be sent to the dealer or REV together with the sales slip and a short description of the defect.
6. If there is no proof for a warranty liability being in place, any repair carried out will be invoiced.

Veiligheidsinstructie:
• Gebruik overeenkomstig de bestemming: Uitsluitend geschikt voor privégebruik in droge binnenruimten!
• De renovatiefitting is voorzien als tijdelijke vervanging van een plafondlamp!
• De fitting mag uitsluitend op een minimale hoogte van 2,30m buiten handbereik worden aangebracht! Indien de in bedrijf zijnde fitting wordt aangeraakt, dan bestaat de kans op brandwonden
door de warmteontwikkeling van de lamp!
• De installatie dient door een erkend installateur uitgevoerd te worden, aangezien de gevaren niet kunnen worden ingeschat door een leek! Neem contact op met een elektro-installateur! Bij
onoordeelkundig gebruik bestaat er gevaar voor een elektrische schok!

Installatiehandleiding:
1. De zekering van het stroomcircuit waaraan wordt gewerkt, moet worden uitgeschakeld en worden beveiligd tegen herinschakelen!
2. Met een spanningstester moet de spanningsvrije toestand aan de aders worden vastgesteld! (afbeelding 1)
3. Indien de kabels niet geïsoleerd zijn, verwijdert u de isolatie van de leiding en aders met een geschikt gereedschap!

4. Leg de leiding in de snoerontlastingsinrichting en sluit de klembeugel! (afbeelding 4, afbeelding 5, afbeelding 6)
5. Leg de geïsoleerde L-geleider in de klem „L“ en de geïsoleerde neutraalgeleider in de schroefklem „N“ van de
fitting en schroef ze vast – de aardgeleider wordt niet aangesloten! (afbeelding 7)
6. Schroef het verlichtingselement in en schakel daarna de zekering opnieuw in! (afbeelding 8)
Lampvervanging:
1. Schakel de bijbehorende zekering uit en beveilig deze tegen herinschakelen!
2. Laat de lamp afkoelen tot op kamertemperatuur en draai ze daarna tegen de klok in uit!
3. Draai de nieuwe lamp met de klok mee in en schakel de zekering opnieuw in!
Instructies voor afvalverwijdering:
Het product mag niet worden weggegooid bij het huishoudelijk afval!
Garantie voor Type 912 + Type 19300:
Dit REV product doorloopt tijdens de productie meerdere, volgens de nieuwste stand van de techniek opgebouwde controlestations. Indien desondanks een gebrek aan het toestel optreedt, verleent REV
in de onderstaande omvang een garantie:
1. De duur van de garantie bedraagt 36 maanden vanaf de koopdatum.
2. Het toestel wordt door REV ofwel kosteloos hersteld of vervangen, indien het tijdens de garantieperiode aantoonbaar wegens een productie- of materiaalfout onbruikbaar wordt.
3. De aansprakelijkheid heeft geen betrekking tot transportschade of tot schade, die door foutieve installatie ontstaat.
4. Indien niet binnen 6 maanden na het niet erkennen van de vrijwaringsclaim door REV, geen verzet door de koper werd aangetekend, verjaart het recht op vrijwaring.
5. In het geval van een fout dient het toestel samen met de aankoopstrook en een beknopte beschrijving van het gebrek naar de handelaar of naar REV te worden gestuurd.
6. Zonder garantiekaart gebeurt de reparatie uitsluitend tegen berekening.Technische wijzigingen voorbehouden.
