Installation:
1. Using an appropriately sized bit, drill a clearance hole for a 5/16
bolt through the existing mounting holes in the rear rack.
2. Position the adapter plate onto the rear rack so that its holes are
aligned with the rack holes.
3. Secure the plate loosely to the rack using the hardware provided.
Install hardware in the order shown.
4. Tighten the hardware in a criss-cross pattern until a torque value of
138 in/lbs (11.5 ft/lbs) is achieved.
Secure new deck with existing hardware Secure new deck with existing hardware
Secure Adapter Plate using the hardware provided.
IMPORTANT! It is the responsibility of the installation technician
to make sure that the installation and operation of this product will
not interfere with or compromise the operation or efficiency of any
vehicle equipment!
IMPORTANT! Before returning the vehicle to active service, visually
confirm the proper operation of this product, as well as all vehicle
components/equipment.
