MPI's Side Winder Beltless Magnetic Conveyors (SWB) are designed to remove fine metal cuttings from coolant re-circulating streams. The product's unique
permanent magnet design, integrated in a totally sealed housing, attracts and holds fine ferrous scrap, chips and turnings out of a coolant bath.
Standard Features:
• 12 ga. stainless steel face plate for optimum wear and magnetic holding capability
• Drip ledge returns coolant back to sump
• 1/2 hp motor, reducer and torque limiter
• 11 ga. carbon steel conveyor frame
Optional Features:
• Structural steel support legs
