Aperture height can be changed: the metal detector automatically calibrates for changes in sensor head geometry.
No maintenance electronics: automatic balance and calibration of electronics ensure many years of reliable performance. After initial set-up, no further adjustment of
metal detector electronics is needed.
Outstanding stability and sensitivity: new "recipes" or changes to current data are easily programmed. Digital noise filters eliminate any undesired signals, while
multichannel technology provides optimum detection of ferrous, nonferrous or stainless steel contaminants. The integrated sensor is built to withstand the rigors of a
harsh production setting. Key internal electronics are fully protected within the metal detector and reliably perform in extreme environments.
High-speed Digital Signal Processor (DSP): highly effective high-speed processors support digital filters to provide more efficient product effect-compensation and
more effective noise reduction, allowing identification of even the smallest metal particles by the metal detector.
Direct Digital Synthesizer (DDS): Direct Digital Synthesizer (DDS) replaces traditional quartz or analog oscillating chips used to generate frequency by digitally
generating a consistently stable frequency and phase preventing drift.

• Digital Balance Control adjusts for temperature and humidity fluctuations by monitoring coil balance more than 200 times per second
