If the low battery alarm sounds will a call is
in progress, you should end the call . If the call
continues, the radio will turn itself off after a short
period.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
The batteries are of the Nickel-Cadmium
type. They have a long maintenance-free service
life if properly treated.
* Never let a battery get into contact with
metal objects that may short-circuit the
battery poles, for example a bunch of
keys in a pocket.
* Do Not disassemble a battery.
* A battery may explode if disposed of in a
fire.
