Overclocking Key

The Overclocking Key groups the individual 12V-rails to a single 12V-rail.

You can enable the overclocking function permanently by setting the jumper provided directly at the power

supply. Or you can enable the overclocking function by pressing the switch on the slot cover provided as

needed

The overclocking key is connected to the power supply using the connector labeled accordingly.

When you switch on the overclocking function at the slot, a LED lights on the slot cover switch.

Important

: Only press the “Overclocking Key” when the power supply is switched off!

Only connect the overclocking key, or the jumper provided, to the Overclocking Key connector on the power

supply! Do not connect any other device – such as a fan – to this connector!

To ensure trouble-free system operations, you should disable the overclocking key if you do not need this

function

Convenient usage and excellent compatibility

User-friendly modular cable management reduces clutter and improves cooling airflow. High-quality sleeved

cables of up to 120cm. 2x 12V P8 connections (1x P8 connection and 1x P4+4 connection).

Thanks to a main connector that is expandable from 20 to 24 pins, the Dark Power Pro 11 series is also

downwardly compatible with all current motherboard specifications. This power supply does not support

motherboards that require a -5V line and SOCKET A (462) motherboards.

Optimal cooling system

Connect up to four case fans for optimized system cooling, thermally controlled by the PSU.

be quiet! power supplies from the Dark

Power Pro 11 series offer high-precision

thermal fan control. This monitoring

mechanism controls the fans using the

"FAN" connection on the power supply.

Fan speed is adapted to reflect the actual

heat levels inside the PC case and power

supply. When temperatures rise, the fans

automatically begin to turn faster in order

to ensure quick and effective cooling

within the case. The fact that cool air is

generated quickly helps to improve the

life expectancy of your components and

the power supply itself. When connecting external fans to the power supply, please ensure that these fans do

not have their own thermal sensors or potentiometers.

The fan control system generates a start-up signal. This short, high-voltage burst ensures that all the connected

fans in the case will start together each time.

Important

: Connect only one fan per cable.

Top safety and reliability

Excellent protection for your components (OCP, OVP, UVP, OPP, OTP and SCP). Certified in accordance with

international safety standards
