Shortcut keys operation
Selecting the picture mode
You can select the picture mode instantly from among three preset
modes and one user-set mode. Press the P.MODE button on the remote
control repeatedly to select the desired picture mode.
Selecting the sound mode
You can select a sound effect from among three preset
modes and one user-set mode. Press the S.MODE button on the
remote control repeatedly to select the desired sound effect.

Selecting MTS/SAP broadcasts
You can enjoy watching TV while you listen to high-fidelity stereo sound with the MTS feature. MTS can
also transmit a second audio program(SAP) containing a second language or other audio information.
Press the SAP button on the remote control to switch among Mono, Stereo and SAP audio modes.
NOTE: In the general settings menu, you are also able to change the audio mode under the MTS setting
Scanning all available channels
You can scan all available channels by pressing the SCAN button on the remote control. Press the SCAN button
again to cancel this function.
Using CCD (Closed Captioning)
You can turn the CCD function on by pressing the CCD button on the remote control .See page 16 for more details .
Using Parental Control (V-Chip Technology)
You can access the parental control function by pressing the PARENT button on the remote control .See page 16
for more details .
