• Always place the air revitalizer on a firm, flat, dry level surface
• Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by, or near

children, pets, invalids or disabled persons.

• DO NOT operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not

working properly, if it has been dropped or damaged, or dropped into water.
Return it to HoMedics Service Center for examination and repair.

• DO NOT place or store appliance where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or

sink. DO NOT place in or drop into water or other liquids.

• Keep cord away from heated surfaces.

• An appliance should NEVER be left unattended when plugged in. Unplug from

outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, before filling
product with water, and before emptying water from product.

• DO NOT operate under a blanket or pillow.
• DO NOT carry this appliance by power cord or use cord as a handle.
• NEVER operate the appliance with the air openings blocked. Keep the air

openings free of lint, hair, etc.

• NEVER drop or insert any object into any opening.
• DO NOT use outdoors.
• DO NOT operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where

oxygen is being administered.

• To disconnect unit, turn all controls to the off position, then remove plug

from outlet.

• Ensure that your hands are dry when operating the controls or removing the plug.
• Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual. DO

NOT use attachments or scented liquids not recommended by HoMedics.

• DO NOT reach for an appliance that has fallen into water. Unplug immediately.
• This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade wider than the other). The plug will

fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit into the outlet, reverse
the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the proper
outlet. Do not change the plug in any way.

• If the item is tipped, unplug immediately and let dry for 24-hours.
• DO NOT carry or move unit while it is plugged in.
• DO NOT carry unit while fully assembled and full of water.
• DO NOT allow the top of the unit to get wet. If top of unit should get wet, unplug

immediately and let dry for 24-hours before use.

SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS

• Place unit in a location where it will not be tipped over. Be aware of cord

to avoid tripping.

• DO NOT place on top of an electrical appliance.
• DO NOT use flammable liquids.
• Operate with water only.
• Do not use water above 90 degrees.
