Assembly Instructions

WARNING! In the following assembly
process, the flange pictured above must
face down with the Tongue (10) edge
fully contacting the tailgate. It is designed
to keep the Ramps from moving once the
weight of the load is riding on the ramps.
1. Line up the four holes on the
Tongue (10) with the four holes on the
Upper Ramp (5). Insert four Bolts (11)
from the top and secure with Flat
Washers, Split Lock Washers, and Nuts.
2. Attach the safety chain (12) to the
Upper Ramp (5) as shown.
3. Repeat with other ramp.
