When unpacking, check to make sure that the product is intact and undamaged. If any
parts are missing or broken, please call Harbor Freight Tools at the number shown on the
cover of this manual as soon as possible.

CAUTION: Always make sure the Power Cord of the Paper Shredder is un-
plugged from its electrical outlet

CAUTION: Always use this Paper Shredder with the accompanying wastebasket.
Using the Paper Shredder without the wastebasket or with another wastebasket
will expose the operator to very sharp blades. As a safety feature, this Shredder
is designed not to operate unless it is seated on its basket.
