c) Bin Control . Bad contacts. . Check for continuity and
replace.
. Actuator does not
move freely.
. Clean actuator or replace
bin control assembly.
d)Safety Switch and
Relay
. Switch misaligned,
contacts bad.
. Check and correct or
replace.
e)Control Board . Erratic operation of
gear motor relay.

4. Dispensing

[] No ice dispensed. a) Power Supply . "OFF" position. . Move to "ON" position.
. Loose connection. . Tighten.

b) Ice Storage . No ice or little ice in
storage bin.
. Make ice.
. Ice bridge or ice block
formed.
. Melt ice, resupply with
new ice.

c) Ice Dispense Switch . Opti Serve sensor
defective. (OS only)

. Bad contacts. (push

. Check for continuity and
replace.
d) Shutter Assembly . Broken part. . Check and replace.
. Open windings on
solenoid.
. Check continuity and
replace.
e) Dispense Gear Motor . Thermal protector is
tripped.
. Allow to cool.
. Gear motor winding
open.
. Replace.
