3. Push in BLADE LOCK (#47), as
shown in Figure 1, and slowly turn
Wheel until it “clicks” into place. Do
not release the BLADE LOCK.
Remove the BOLT (#61), WASHER

Replace Wheel, and reassemble unit.

When tightening the BOLT, make sure 7.
that the BLADE LOCK is pressed down,
and the BOLT is tightened securely, but
not over tightened.
