Trouble shooting

Those listed below are not failures. The following must be confirmed before
calling for service:

Problem

The dryer does
not start

Possible Cause

ƽWhether the power supply plug peels off;
ƽWhether the local circuit is out of power;
ƽWhether the door is closed tightly;
ƽWhether a drying program has been set;
ƽWhether the Start/Pause button has been pressed;
ƽWhether the condensate collection box is full;

The drying result is not
good and the drying time
too long.

ƽWhether the drying program setting is correct or not;
ƽWhether the filter screen has been cleaned up;
ƽWhether the condenser is blocked;
ƽWhether the amount of the loaded laundry
exceeds the rated load;
ƽWhether the loaded laundry has been spun dry;
ƽWhether the vent duct is blocked;
ƽWhether the surface of the inside of the drum
gets a segregation layer;

The light in the drum is off

ƽWhether the power supply turns on;
ƽWhether the bulb is damaged;

The remaining time display

is halted, or the remaining

time displayed by skipping

degression

The remaining time will be adjusted and corrected
continuously and automatically based on the
following factors:
ƽType of laundry;
ƽLoaded amount;
ƽThe degree of spinning dry of laundry;
ƽAmbient temperature;
The automatic adjustment is a normal operation.
