TROUBLESHOOTING CHART

Troubleshooting Chart - Gasoline Powered Pressure Washers Only

Symptom

discharge valves

Fill the tank with gasoline,open fuel
shut off valve. Check fuel line and
carburetor

2.

Check oil level. Fill if necessary

3.

Move switch to start position

4.

Drain fuel tank and carburetor. Use new
fuel and dry spark plug

5.

Remove and clean or replace

6.

Clean, adjust the gap, or replace

7.

Trigger spray gun

See engine owner’s manual

Remove and clean or replace

Clean, adjust the gap, or replace

3. Drain fuel and carburetor. Use new

fuel.

Replace with tip of proper size

assemblies. Check filter

Check garden hose, may be collapsed or
kinked. Check inlet water flow

Check and replace

exceed 100° F / 38° C

Install new water seals. See service center

Install proper filtration on pump inlet
plumbing

DO NOT modify any factory set

NEVER run pump more than 2 minutes
without spraying

DO NOT run pump without water
