Extended Shooting from Two AA Batteries

The DMC-LC80 and DMC-LC70 can be powered by two AA alkaline batteries.
You can find these batteries almost anywhere, so it's easy to pick up spares
when the power starts running low. You can take about 160 photos on two
alkaline batteries, or about 320 on two rechargeable nickel-metal hydride (Ni-
MH) batteries*. Use Economy mode, and you can take even more.
