Problem Solutions
After I create a new POP3
E-mail account, I cannot
retrieve email from this
account. The error message:
“Cannot connect to current
setting.”
In Messaging application, click Menu
> Tools > Options..., select the POP3
account you created. Go to fourth step (E-
mail Setup 4/4) and click “Options”. Change
Connection to Media Net.

Problem Solutions
My device operation
performs slowly.
• You may have opened too many
programs. To release the operation load,
you can terminate unneeded running
programs by tapping Start > Settings
> System tab > Memory > Runnig
Programs.
• Reset your device by pressing Reset
button with the Stylus.

• Delete any unnecessary files such as old
e-mail, image files, or large video files.

• Install the programs or store files onto the
miniSD card.
