3. Troubleshooting
When your player does not operate properly, please
check the following points. If you are unable to solve
the problem, please contact your dealer or the
FREECOM support centre.
Power can not be turned on
• Check if the batteries are inserted correctly, see
page 5
• Replace batteries if they become discharged
• Check if the mains-adapter is connected properly
to the player, see page 3
• Check if the connection of the adapter to the
player is loose
Playback is not possible or player stops during
playback
• Make sure the disc cover is closed properly
• Deactivate the HOLD mode
• When there is condensation on the lens, wait until
the lens has cleared
• Check if the CD is inserted properly, it should be
placed with the label side up
• Check if the CD is scratched or damaged. If so, use
another CD
