• If the clip is upside down or not through both holes in

the axle, you have not assembled it properly. Please
remove the clip and go back to step 18.

ASSEMBLY

• Insert the "T" fastener end of a short seat belt strap up

through the slot near the outer edge of the seat. Make
sure the fastener side of the seat belt faces inward.

Note: You will pull only one T-Loop through the slot.
• Repeat this procedure to assemble the other short seat

belt strap.

• Insert each fastener end of the long seat belt strap up

through the slots in the center of the seat. Make sure
the fasteners face the outer edge of the seat.

• Pull each side of the long seat belt strap evenly

through the slots. Make sure to pull each T-loop
through a slot.

• Align the tabs on a hubcap with the slots in a rear

wheel.

“Snap” a hubcap into the center of the

rear wheel.

Hint: If the hubcap does not "snap" into place, you may
not have assembled the wire clip properly. Remove the
wire clip and refer back to step 18.
• Repeat steps 17 - 21 to assemble the other rear wheel,

wire clip and hubcap.
