This product uses one CR-2032, 3-volt lithium
battery.

Product Care

Goes back or erases a typed
character.
Clears a search or stops the demo.

Goes to the word entry screen for
Advanced Verb Conjugation.

Selects an item or enters a word.
In the calculator performs a
calculation.
Shows the following menu
items: Translate Word, Calculator,
Conversions, Games, Local &
World, Databank, Language, and
Demo.
Turns the product on or off.

Direction Keys

Press the right (

of the button to move the cursor
or scroll right or left. At an entry
screen, press to type a space or
press to delete typed characters.
Press the up (

part of the button to scroll up or
down. At the word entry screen
type a letter, then press or to
cycle through the available capital,
lowercase and accented forms of
the letter.

Adds two values.

Subtracts one value from another.

Multiplies two values.

Divides one value from another.

Types a decimal point.

Clears the memory.

Recalls the number stored in
memory.

Subtracts the number from the
number stored in memory.

Adds a number to memory.

Changes the number on the
screen to a negative or positive
