Fault codes

How to recognise a fault code

When a fault has occurred, the DishDrawer® will continuously beep every second.

The fault code will be displayed on the wash programme selector.

Each fault code is shown in the following chart.

How to attend to a fault code

Press

the

/

button briefly to stop the beeping.

Press

the /

button to turn the DishDrawer® off. Wait a few seconds.

Press

the /

button to turn the DishDrawer® back on.

Has the fault code disappeared?

YES

>

You can continue to use your DishDrawer®.

NO

Note down the fault code.

Unplug the DishDrawer® or turn it off at the power supply.

Check the chart overleaf and try correcting the fault where possible, following the instructions in

the ‘What to do’ column.

YES

>

You can continue to use your DishDrawer®.

NO

Unplug the DishDrawer® or turn it off at the power supply.

Call your Authorised Service Centre or Customer Care and advise them of the fault code.

This information will help them respond to your request.
